WHAT DO YOU WEAR?

We try our best to blend in but not look like we’re attending a funeral. Mostly black and darker clothes like dress pants and a blouse or a dress are a staple along with cute, but comfy, shoes.

Every second of footage selected for your final films undergoes a sophisticated post-production process, including meticulous color grading, exposure balancing, and high-fidelity sound design.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR COMPLETED FILMS?

Your masterfully edited cinematic chapters and feature films are beautifully completed and delivered within 4 to 6 weeks of your celebration or even sooner. WHAT IS YOUR SCHEDULE FOR PAYMENTS?

To officially secure Ashley Film Studios for your wedding date, we require a standard initial retainer alongside your electronically signed creative agreement. We then establish a balanced, structured schedule for your remaining payments leading up to your celebration, with the final balance settled 14 days prior to your wedding day. To ensure a seamless experience, you will have access to a secure, private online portal where you can effortlessly track your account, view your balance, and make custom payments along the way.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL OR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?

Every celebration possesses a unique rhythm, and many weddings naturally unfold across multiple locations throughout the day. We embrace this fluid movement and never charge additional fees for capturing various venues on your wedding day. Should overnight accommodations or specific travel logistics apply to your destination, we discuss everything transparently during our creative consultation and include it upfront in your agreement. You will never encounter unexpected travel expenses. Our team has extensive experience navigating logistics seamlessly, ensuring a flawless production wherever your love story takes us.

Very much so. We have extensive experience working under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and managing entirely private visual archives.
